He has won numerous stakes races such as the G1 Breeders' Cup Juvenile, the G1 Epsom Derby, the G1 Travers Stakes, the G1 Melbourne Cup, the G1 Japan Cup, and the G1 Prince of Wales Stakes. In his 18 starts, he never placed out of 3rd place, with performances in the G1 Wood Memorial, the G1 Santa Anita Handicapp, and the G1 Australian Derby.

His great-grandsire through Rahy is Nuclear, who sired other stake winners such as: Honor Student, winner of the G1 2000 Guineas Stakes and the G1 Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe, Cascadia, G3 Summerlin Stakes winner. Pocahontas, G3 Dublin Stakes winner, and other graded stakes performers.
